About “World Child Cancer” Charity

Over 300,000 children worldwide develop cancer each year. If the disease is detected early enough, many of these children can be cured - 80% of children with cancer in the developed world survive. However, in developing countries, survival rates can be as low as 10%, with many children dying without effective pain relief

World Child Cancer. Org’s mission is to improve diagnosis, treatment and support for children with cancer, and their families, in the developing world.

After a false start last year I'm hoping to raise £1,000.00 by taking part in this year’s Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100. The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 is a 100-mile cycle ride on closed roads through London, into Surrey’s stunning countryside and finally finishing on The Mall in central London.

We all know someone affected by this terrible disease, imagine if that person was a young child, maybe your son / daughter, brother or sister and although there is treatment that would help it’s not available to you, what would you give to help them.

However small your donation every little counts and collectively will make a difference, please help towards the £1,000.00 target.

Many thanks

Tony
