Sleep Out is back for 2020! 🌓 

Once again I’ll be sleeping under the stars at Breyer Group Stadium, home of Leyton Orient FC, raising money for World Child Cancer and the JE3 Foundation. Yep! that’s me last year in the photo…cozy! We raised circa £20K 💰 

🤔 What’s it all about?

World Child Cancer - support the diagnosis, treatment and support of children with cancer and their families around the world. In particular in third world countries where disadvantaged parents sleep rough 😔 while their children receive treatment in city hospitals – hence the 'sleep out' event.

JE3 Foundation - is a charity set up by the family of Justin Edinburgh (Manager of Leyton Orient and Spurs legend 👊💪…and also just a really great guy!) benefiting health and well-being causes, CPR training - and in particular lobbying for a law change (to be named ‘Justin's Law’) to make defibrillators ❤️mandatory in all sports facilities. 🏃‍♂️  🏋🏻‍♂️
