My Story

I am running the Bristol 10k this Sunday 5th May 2019 and at the same time thought this a good opportunity to raise money for the World Child Cancer charity.

I have been running for about 5 years and have slowly been edging towards the elusive 40:00 mark. Last year training went really well and i actaully got 40:00:00 - 1/100th of a second faster and i would of acheived it !!!

Unfrortualey this year training has not gone to plan due to a 8 week chest infection (Feb/Mar) however i am still deluded that i can get somewhere near the time again, maybe 41-42 minutes. As i am running for charity that might spur me on aswell.
