My Story

Cancer has touched each and every one of our lives in one way or another. I grew up in New York, just 25 miles north of Manhattan where medical resources, treatment facilities, and doctors are quite widely accessible for those in need. People, friends, family, colleagues, who have been affected are given a fighting chance. Knowing that this isn’t widespread and that World Child Cancer is making strides to drive change in the developing world is inspiring. WCC is fighting for such an important cause that will benefit from gloabal awareness. 

Fastforward to now, I am a new resident of London and am so honored to be running 26.2 miles (42.2km) for such an incredible cause. Please help me in raising funds so that every child with cancer, no matter where in the world, has equal access to the best treatment and care.

Donate before 21st January to help Close the Cancer Gap for children with cancer around the world and your gift will be doubled by the UK government. Matched funds will be used to support children with cancer in Nepal whilst public donations will go towards supporting families in low-and middle-income countries around the world.
