My Story
In low income countries the survival rates of children with cancer are as low as 10%. This compares to 80% in high income countries. The World Child Cancer Charity's vision is a world where every child with cancer has equal access to the best treatment and care. Their mission is to improve diagnosis, access to treatment and quality of support for children with cancer, and their families, in the low and middle income world.
That is why I have decided to support this amazing charity. I am currently in the middle of a 16 week training programme and then I will be dragging my body around the famous 42.2km London Marathon course on 26th April.
